CHEF DE PROJET RETAIL DESIGN
DÔME DECRÉ
Brief: Rehabilitation of the Decré Bouffay district in Nantes.
Proposition: Moderate car traffic and promote soft mobility for a peaceful downtown.
Mix of uses and functions. Mix of the historic with the new buildings functionality, particularly the Galeries Lafayette. Encourage conviviality and exchanges with a central place.
Integrate vegetation in the city to make this district the green area of Nantes.
Work in group with 1 design student and 5 real estate students in a competition and presentation to a jury of professionals.
Software used: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Photoshop
Objectif(s) : Réhabilitation du quartier Decré Bouffay à Nantes.
Proposition : Modérer la circulation automobile et favoriser les mobilités douces pour un centre-ville apaisé.
Mixité des usages et fonctions. Allier l'historique du quartier avec la fonctionnalité de bâtiments neufs et notamment celui des Galeries Lafayette. Favoriser la rencontre et les échanges par la création d'une place centrale.
Intégrer de la végétation dans la ville afin de faire de ce quartier le poumon vert de Nantes.
Travail en partenariat avec 1 étudiant en design et 5 étudiants en immobilier dans le cadre d'un concours et présentation devant un jury de professionnels.
